For in-store purchases, a receipt must be provided and items returned within 30 days of purchase.

For online purchases, please note that in the rare case of product damage resulting from shipping, this must be reported within 24 hours of receipt as items are always shipped in damage-free condition.  Return shipping costs must be covered by the purchaser and all returns by mail must be approved before sending.
